SECRETARY

Virginia Kazlouskas was born and raised in Nashua, NH and lives with her husband Steven, sons Jayceon and Colt and dog Peach. She graduated from Nashua High School and received her Associate of Business degree from UNHM in 2004. 

Virginia is a full time (2nd Generation) REALTOR® working with clients in Southern New Hampshire since 2005. She has worked in the family business since 1996 as the Office Manager and specializes in new construction from the personal experience of general contracting her first 2 homes. She has also helped struggling homeowners short sale their homes throughout 2011. Virginia has worked as a Property Manager with more than 20 different rentals since 2008. She also purchased and rehabbed her own multi-family investment in 2014. 

Virginia knows the importance of developing, building, and maintaining strong relationships with all of her clients. She upholds traditional Republican values, including personal responsibility, hard work, and free enterprise. Her ideals reflect a deep respect for family values, property rights, and exceptional customer service. She believes in empowering individuals and families to achieve the American Dream through homeownership, fostering strong communities, and ensuring financial independence.  

Virginia is a member of the Granite State South Board of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, the NRCC, the Nashua Area Federated Republican Women (NAFRWC) and the New Hampshire Federated Republican Women (NHFRWC). She attends Tabernacle Baptist Church in Litchfield. She is the Secretary of the NRCC, the Vice President of the NAFRWC and was the President, and Vice President of the Greater Hudson Chamber of Commerce and the Greater Hudson Business Networkers. She is an animal lover having had a bunny, an iguana, a turtle, lots of fish, several cats and dogs in her lifetime. She loves to cook, bake, make crafts and paint ceramics with her family and friends in her spare time.
